Upcoming Events:

Student Trek Happy Hour - San Francisco
Please join your fellow WEN members in welcoming current Wharton Energy Club students as they visit the Bay Area for their annual Educational Trek at this impromptu Happy Hour on Thursday, January 12th at 6:30 PM at Gordon Biersch in downtown SF. 

Generously sponsored by the MBA student club, this event is great way to meet WG12s and WG13s, as well as to reconnect with fellow alumni. In addition, WEN members will have the opportunity to learn more about our Northern California initiatives in advance of the first official WEN event of 2012.

Networking Happy Hour - Mumbai

Career Resources for MBA Alumni 

Wharton offers lifelong career management support for MBA alumni and provides 50 online resources designed to assist you in your job search. A sample of these resources include: the Wharton Alumni Job Board that markets over 4,500 annual positions, complimentary career advising, free access to Factiva, on-demand career programs, resume templates, and an Alumni Resume Book. Companies that have recently posted to the Wharton Alumni Job Board include BP, First Wind, and BrightSource Energy

We have made great strides in developing relationships with companies interested in hiring from Wharton. This year, companies like ExxonMobil, Conoco Phillips and General Electric Company have established an on-campus presence hosting information sessions and interviews. Others like Shell, PG&E Corporation, and EnerNOC post to our job board and participate in the Wharton Energy Conference and other events.
