The 2025 Wharton Energy and Climate Conference (WECC) organized by the MBA Wharton Energy Club is open for registration. This year's conference will be held at the Convene on 17th St. in Center City Philadelphia.

Hear from keynotes: David Vahos, the CEO of PECO, Patrick Raab, Head of Commercialization at Google X, and Rich Roloff, Managing Director of Private Equity at LS Power. And hear from dozens of panelists ranging from founders to C-suite executives, policy directors, and investors. The event will foster collaboration between the leaders at the forefront of the industry today and those who will shape the industry in the future.

The theme of the conference is Fortifying the Future

The US has aging energy and grid infrastructure at a time when energy demand has never been higher. New projects can take years to build and generate electricity on the grid. Clean tech companies find it increasingly difficult to bridge the financing gap to scale to maturity.

The conference will look at how the energy and climate industry is adapting to become resilient to changing capital markets, policy changes, and consumer demands. Companies are fortifying physical infrastructure, developing fluency in navigating complex state, local, and federal policies, and building their capital stacks creatively.

Check out the lineup of speakers and the full schedule here: Conference Details WECC25. The day will wrap up with a happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.
