Friday, November 11, 2022The 2022 Wharton Energy and Climate Conference (WECC) in Philadelphia organized by the MBA Wharton Energy Club is now open for registration. This year's conference will be held fully in person at the Union League in Center City Philadelphia.
The theme this year is “Half a Gigaton or More: Accelerating the Global Energy Transition,” inspired by Bill Gates’ book “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster.” The conference will have panels on the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act, hydrogen, CCS, the energy transition in the Power and Utilities and Oil and Gas sector, and financing the green transition, and more.
